Mr. P. V. Sai is the Joint Secretary of the institution. He is an eloquent speaker credited with enviable organizational skills. Being a well-reputed business magnate, he is a very good decision-maker with skills in management and administration. In view of his wide-ranging close familiarity with Telugu literature and language, he has been made executive member of the World Telugu Federation (WTF). He is a seasonal counselor and adviser.
