KITE is sponsored by Vasantha Educational Society and is established in the academic year 2007-2008 with the permission of AICTE, New Delhi and Government of A.P. The College is affiliated to J.N.TU. Hyderabad.

The Vasantha Educational Society, Hyderabad, registered under the Societies Registration Act, in furtherance of its objectives to fulfill the long felt educational needs of the state, has started this Institute from the Academic year 2007-08,with an annual intake of 240 students.
