To improve knowledge and communication skills among the students, students are encouraged to give seminars on topic beyond the syllabus. These seminars will be monitored by faculty members who are assigned the additional responsibility of acting as seminar in-charges. The seminar in-charges counsel the students about the different aspects that improve the presentation skills.

To help the under-performing students, students are identified after the 1st internal assessment exam and special care is taken to improve their performance and balance with the other students.

To prepare the first year students to take their final year exams more confidently, pre-final exams are conducted at par with University standard. These exams are conducted and evaluated seriously and feed back is given to the students about their individual performance and are counselled accordingly.

To improve the training and placement department, a virtual class room will be setup in collaboration with Pearson Publishers who will design the content and deliver information virtually to the students from studios located Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai. Having groomed the students according to the requirements of the company, Pearson Publishers under the training and placement wing (Purple-Leap) will bring the companies to the campus and conduct a placement drive for individual departments. Thus, the students are given a unique opportunity to hone-up their talents and be in a position to compete with the best.
